Scope and operator

This notice describes the individually operated ChoreJet marketplace. Sefa Koz is responsible for the platform’s processing described in this notice. Use /legal-contact.html or the postal address below to contact the operator or make a privacy request. We do not claim that every privacy law applies identically to every user; applicable statutory rights remain available.

Information collected

We collect account names, email, role, password hashes, session and verification records; cleaner service-area/profile details; booking scope, address, schedule and time zone; participant messages, reviews, support submissions and attachments; payment and payout-provider references, statuses, refund records and accounting records. When you accept agreements, we retain the version, document hashes, your entered name, time, role, displayed consent notice, a network-address hash and limited browser information as evidence. Do not put Social Security numbers, full card numbers or identity-document images in ordinary messages.

Purposes

We use these records to create accounts, match and administer jobs, restrict address access, communicate service updates, facilitate payments and refunds, calculate rewards, investigate support and safety concerns, prevent fraud, document agreements and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. Marketing preference is optional and managed separately from account agreement. We do not treat acceptance of terms as blanket consent to every possible data use.

Participants and service providers

The customer and authorized assigned cleaner or team receive the booking information needed for their service. Exact addresses are restricted by participation and service status. Stripe handles payment/payout onboarding; full card numbers and sensitive onboarding identity data are entered in its hosted interfaces. When connected and an applicant is selected, Checkr collects screening identity details and consent through its hosted process; we retain provider references and screening status. Hosting and email delivery providers process operational data. Authorized administrators access records for legitimate operational, security, accounting or support purposes. Provider processing is also governed by its own notices.

Other disclosures

We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful process, investigate fraud, protect safety, resolve a transaction dispute or carry out a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. This is not permission to expose private household information publicly. We do not promise a sale/share opt-out mechanism for practices we have not implemented; optional Meta advertising measurement is enabled only when configured and when you separately opt in.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies maintain sessions and authentication. Browser local storage retains language and certain display preferences; session storage may preserve a booking estimate. These are not themselves proof of identity or screening. The current site does not require marketing cookies for registration. Optional Meta measurement can share hashed account identifiers and registration, reservation and actual-payment events with Meta only after separate consent in Account. Declining or withdrawing this preference does not prevent registration or service use. It is separate from email marketing consent.

Telephone recordings and transcripts

Support calls and calls between customers and assigned cleaners use Twilio for telephone routing and recording. Recording begins only after the participating callers consent; customer–cleaner calls require both participants to consent. Declining recording ends the recorded-call route; secure text support remains available. Call identifiers, time, duration, language, consent, audio and automatic transcripts are processed for service support, safety, quality and dispute resolution. Transcription may use Twilio, Google, Deepgram or OpenAI; AI support and natural speech may use Cloudflare or OpenAI. ChoreJet may use a private service connection through the operator’s Angaris infrastructure solely to access OpenAI; Angaris customer records and business context are not included in ChoreJet calls. Verification codes are entered on the telephone keypad and are not sent to the voice AI. Automated transcripts can be inaccurate.

Audio and transcripts are restricted to the platform owner and are not publicly accessible. Routine customer–cleaner recordings are retained for 90 days. Resolved support recordings are removed after 90 days; unresolved support and active payment disputes may require longer retention until resolved. Account deletion removes local conversation content and queues provider audio deletion, subject to unresolved transaction restrictions. Provider deletion failures remain tracked and retried; backups may expire on a separate recovery schedule. Financial and signed agreement evidence follow their separate retention obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through account controls or Legal Contact.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for its operational purpose and applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute obligations. Signed agreement evidence and financial records may be retained after account closure where justified. Account deletion is blocked while active jobs or unresolved payment cases remain, and completed records may be redacted or anonymized. We do not promise immediate removal of every record or deletion from a provider that must retain its own records. Access, correction, export and deletion requests are available through account controls or Legal Contact; we verify requests proportionately and explain a lawful refusal or retention need.

Security and sensitive information

We use HTTPS, protected sessions, access restrictions and server-side validation. No system guarantees complete security. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data. We do not offer this service to children under 18 and do not knowingly create child accounts. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.

Rights and changes

Depending on your residence and the applicable law, you may have additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, opt-out, appeal or complaint rights. You will not lose mandatory rights by checking an agreement box. Contact /legal-contact.html without needing an account. Material changes will be identified prospectively. This notice must be reviewed against actual processing and provider contracts as the business expands.

Operator and legal notices

ChoreJet is operated by Sefa Koz as an individual proprietor. Postal notices and document requests may be addressed to: Sefa Koz, ChoreJet, 1323 SE 17th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, United States. You may also use Legal Contact for legal notices, privacy requests and copies. Include your name, reply contact and relevant booking reference; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. This is a correspondence address, not a customer service location. Sending a website message does not replace any legally required method of service of judicial process or statutory notice.

Team coordination records

For an accepted service we record work-package responsibility, estimated effort, individual payment allocations, affirmative work-plan acceptance, task status and issue reports, proposed task transfers, customer timing approvals and final-check records. Assigned team members can see the task responsibilities and first names needed to coordinate the service. Each cleaner sees their own payment allocation; customers see staffing and aggregate progress rather than other cleaners’ individual pay. Authorized support and payment personnel may review relevant records to resolve service and payment issues under the access and retention rules in this Notice. Do not put entry codes or unnecessary sensitive household information in task issue descriptions.

Equipment verification information

For cleaner eligibility and safety review we collect equipment photographs, product-label information, equipment descriptions, verification codes, declarations, review decisions, reviewer identity, timestamps and related agreement acceptance records. Evidence images are encrypted at rest and available through authenticated access to the submitting cleaner and authorized owner reviewer; they are not customer profile images or public files. Do not include people, home addresses or identity documents in these photos. Images are removed when replaced or verification is reopened, and on completed account deletion. Inactive or expired-review images older than 180 days are removed through routine cleanup. Review and legal acceptance records may be retained separately for legitimate dispute, compliance and legal recordkeeping purposes as described in this notice. Equipment verification does not prove chemical composition or create insurance coverage.

Booking equipment photos and automated review

With the cleaner’s affirmative photo-processing acknowledgment, ChoreJet collects one or two camera photographs of their complete equipment kit for each assigned booking, a booking-specific paper verification code, submission time, file hash, declarations, automated observations, review decisions and appeals. Equipment photos are encrypted in storage and processed with Cloudflare Workers AI for visible-equipment and code review; the model receives the photographs and equipment requirements, not the customer address, door code, booking payment details or account identity fields. Only the submitting cleaner’s check metadata and the authorized owner review workflow are available; equipment photos are not public and are not shared with customers or teammates. Before-job photo files are normally removed after 90 days; account full-kit verification follows its separately stated retention. Hashes, consent records and audit metadata follow the applicable account, dispute and operational retention purposes. The initial pilot uses owner comparison before automatic mode may be enabled; later checks are also sampled for owner audit. Cleaners can request owner review of unclear or disputed results. Automated photo review does not determine chemical concentration, actual equipment operation or legal responsibility, and alone never triggers permanent bans or earned-pay forfeiture. Avoid photographing people or household details. Use the legal contact workflow for access, correction or deletion requests subject to applicable retention obligations.
