Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the ChoreJet marketplace.

Marketplace role

ChoreJet provides technology that helps customers find and book independent cleaning professionals. Cleaning professionals are not employees of ChoreJet solely because they use the marketplace.

Bookings and payments

Customers receive an upfront service price based on booking details. Payment must be completed through ChoreJet when required. Attempts to bypass marketplace payment or safety controls may result in account restrictions.

Cancellations and refunds

Unpaid eligible bookings can be cancelled in the application. Paid bookings may require review before cancellation or refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment system.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect other participants and avoid unsafe, abusive or fraudulent conduct.

Service scope

The booking scope and selected add-ons define the requested service. Material changes should be agreed through ChoreJet before work proceeds.

Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials. ChoreJet may suspend access when necessary to protect users, payments or the marketplace.
