Privacy

ChoreJet collects account, booking, service, payment-status and marketplace communication data needed to operate the service.

Address privacy

Exact service addresses are restricted to the customer and the assigned cleaner when required to perform an accepted job.

Payments

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. ChoreJet does not store full card numbers in its application database.

Your data

Signed-in users can request an account data export. Account deletion is available when there are no active jobs; operational records may be anonymized or retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.

Security

ChoreJet uses encrypted HTTPS connections, protected session cookies, access controls and server-side validation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
