Rewards Rules
Effective October 7, 2026. English document. These documents describe the current marketplace workflow and preserve rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Free earned status
Silver, Gold and Platinum are free earned marketplace statuses, not paid subscriptions, insurance, background-check certificates or guarantees of service quality, job assignment or income. No membership charge is currently imposed for these tiers.
Eligible jobs and points
An eligible job is completed in the preceding 30 days, not future-dated, and has a recorded collected payment that has not been fully refunded. One job counts once per eligible participant, including recorded cleaner team members. A customer’s whole-service review is recorded for each named cleaner team member. Each eligible job gives 10 status points. Points are a rolling activity indicator, have no cash value and are not a permanent purchased balance.
Customer levels
Silver is the starting level. Gold requires at least 2 eligible jobs (20 points) in the rolling 30-day window. Platinum requires at least 4 (40 points). Customer level does not depend on giving a positive review.
Cleaner levels
Silver is the starting level. Gold requires at least 5 eligible jobs (50 points), a raw average of at least 4.6 stars and at least 3 eligible customer reviews. Platinum requires at least 12 jobs (120 points), at least 4.8 stars and at least 5 eligible customer reviews. Review eligibility follows the job window and collected-payment rule. Display rounding does not lower the actual threshold. Missing reviews are not treated as zero-star ratings.
Benefits and availability
Current tier rates are Silver 0%, Gold 5%, Platinum 10% on eligible ChoreJet Shop items when shop checkout becomes available. Shop checkout is not currently active; these are prospective eligible-item rates, not a discount on cleaning bookings or an available cash benefit. No priority matching, earnings increase or premium support guarantee is included.
Recalculation and fair use
Levels recalculate from the rolling window and may decrease when jobs expire or are fully refunded. Fake jobs, duplicate transactions and manipulated reviews do not qualify. Honest negative reviews are permitted and are not penalized. Material rule changes are published prospectively and do not retroactively alter completed transactions. Contact support to challenge a calculation.
