Electronic Records & Consent
Effective October 7, 2026. English document. These documents describe the current marketplace workflow and preserve rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
What you agree to
When registering, you actively select an unchecked agreement box confirming adulthood, agreement to the linked terms and your role agreement, acknowledgment of the Privacy Notice, and intent to electronically sign using the name you entered. Submitting the form submits that action. Before selecting the box, open the linked documents and confirm that you can view, save or print them with the browser you intend to use. Do not submit acceptance if you cannot access those records; request assistance or an alternative first. The application records your role, name, notice text, time, version, document hashes and limited technical evidence. This is an electronic acceptance process, not a notarized signature or proof that any particular clause is legally enforceable.
Access and copies
You need an internet-connected browser capable of displaying HTML. Every accepted document version can be opened, saved or printed from the version archive; text downloads are also available. Your signed acceptance history is available in Account and in the account data export. Keep copies for your records. Contact Legal Contact or the postal address below if you need a paper copy or help obtaining a copy; no copy-request fee is currently charged. Keep your account email current so operational notices reach you. If access requirements materially change, we will disclose the change and seek renewed consent where required before using that method.
Scope and withdrawal
Electronic records are used for account agreements, booking records and operational notices. This does not consent to unrelated marketing, a background check, an automatic charge, arbitration or every future agreement. You may ask through Legal Contact to withdraw future electronic-consent use or request an available alternative. Withdrawal does not undo an already formed agreement, eliminate active booking/payment obligations or waive mandatory rights. If the platform cannot reasonably offer the requested alternative, we will explain available options before further transactions.
Attribution and changes
Use your own account and accurate name. Email verification and access logs help attribution but do not guarantee that identity cannot be disputed. New material terms require a new version record where agreement is sought; we do not backdate consent for existing users. Your applicable rights under electronic-transaction and consumer laws remain intact.

ChoreJet is operated by Sefa Koz as an individual proprietor. Postal notices and document requests may be addressed to: Sefa Koz, ChoreJet, 1323 SE 17th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, United States. You may also use Legal Contact for legal notices, privacy requests and copies. Include your name, reply contact and relevant booking reference; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. This is a correspondence address, not a customer service location. Sending a website message does not replace any legally required method of service of judicial process or statutory notice.
