Independent service relationship

You offer cleaning services through a marketplace and decide which available jobs to accept. Registration alone creates no employment promise, minimum hours, exclusivity or guaranteed earnings. You may work elsewhere. You control your lawful service methods and equipment subject to the agreed scope, customer property requirements, safety rules and applicable law. This statement of intent does not override legal worker-classification rules or mandatory worker protections.

Identity, eligibility and screening

Provide your own accurate identity and maintain any authorization, licenses or registrations required for your actual services and location. Complete payout-provider requirements using your own information. Do not share accounts or let an unapproved substitute use your access. Background checks are selected gradually by ChoreJet; registering does not place a paid order. Any required consumer-report disclosure, authorization and adverse-action process must be handled separately, including through the screening provider. This agreement itself is not authorization to obtain a background report.

Accepting and performing a job

Review the stated work, address area, time zone, appointment and offered payout before acceptance. Bring basic supplies and equipment covered by the service offer. Use appropriate products, protect surfaces and avoid unnecessary access to private areas or documents. Tell the customer and support promptly if you cannot attend or encounter a hazard; do not start an unfunded job when the platform requires payment. Declining an unaccepted opportunity is not a contractual promise to perform it.

Teams and substitutions

Only authorized, identified team members recorded for the booking may perform it. No undisclosed helper, account sharing or access delegation. Review the team allocation before accepting; the platform’s current team-payout record controls the disclosed allocation. Team participation counts toward rewards only for eligible completed jobs. Responsibility for a particular act follows applicable law and the actor’s conduct, not merely a reward badge.

Fees, transfers, expenses and tax

The displayed cleaner allocation is before your expenses and applicable taxes. Review any stated platform fee and team split. Transfers depend on collected funds, completion, refund adjustments and payment-provider eligibility; a pending balance is not a bank payout. You authorize the platform to facilitate the disclosed collection and transfer process through Stripe. You are responsible for taxes and legally required business obligations applicable to you, subject to correct classification and mandatory law. No tax form label alone establishes independent-contractor status.

Insurance and incidents

Do not represent that ChoreJet automatically insures you or the customer. Maintain coverage legally required for your services and accurately disclose coverage you claim to carry. Stop unsafe work, seek emergency assistance where needed and promptly report property damage, injury or a privacy incident. Neither the marketplace label nor this agreement waives ChoreJet’s own nonwaivable duties or your legal rights.

Privacy, reviews and ending participation

Use customer addresses and information only for the accepted service. Do not retain door codes, publish household details or use customer data for unsolicited marketing. Respect truthful customer reviews; do not demand a positive rating, retaliate or buy reviews. You may stop accepting future jobs and close your account through the available workflow after active obligations and payment cases are resolved. Terms, Cancellation Policy, Electronic Consent, Privacy Notice and Rewards Rules apply; changes do not retroactively alter a signed version.

Operator and legal notices

ChoreJet is operated by Sefa Koz as an individual proprietor. Postal notices and document requests may be addressed to: Sefa Koz, ChoreJet, 1323 SE 17th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, United States. You may also use Legal Contact for legal notices, privacy requests and copies. Include your name, reply contact and relevant booking reference; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. This is a correspondence address, not a customer service location. Sending a website message does not replace any legally required method of service of judicial process or statutory notice.
