SMS Terms and Conditions

This SMS policy is an addendum to the ChoreJet Platform Terms of Service and applies to the optional ChoreJet transactional messaging program.

ChoreJet sends transactional booking notifications and invoice links only with your permission. Message frequency varies with your bookings and completed services. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service.

How to subscribe

The publicly accessible Text message preferences page shows the complete phone verification, separate optional invoice checkbox, and telephone SMS consent disclosures. Sign in before saving your verified preference.

For invoice links, sign in, open Account, verify your phone number, and select the unchecked “Send invoice links to my verified phone” checkbox, then save your preference. Merely entering or verifying a number does not subscribe you to invoice messages. During a telephone booking, the assistant asks permission to send a verification text and booking notifications; press 1 to agree or 2 to decline. Verification codes use a separate verification service.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop messages from the ChoreJet sending number. Reply HELP for messaging help, or contact hello@chorejet.com. Twilio processes supported opt-out and help keywords. You can also disable invoice SMS in Account. Carrier delivery and availability are not guaranteed; account and email notices remain available.

SMS privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is separate from advertising and email preferences. ChoreJet uses Twilio and its delivery partners to process your number, consent and message delivery for this program. SMS enrollment does not authorize sharing your mobile number or SMS consent with advertising services. Invoice links require signing in and do not expose invoice contents publicly.
