Direct referrals
A new verified customer may claim one direct referral source before their first eligible paid booking. Discounts apply only to eligible service regions and minimum booking amounts, within the attribution period and campaign limits. Other promotions do not stack by default.
Service credits
Rewards require provider-verified live payment, successful service completion and the review period. Cancelled, refunded or disputed services do not qualify. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and apply to eligible ChoreJet services within per-booking limits. Credit use reduces the platform share and preserves the cleaner’s booked earnings. Refunded credit-funded services restore the proportional credit amount; cash refunds follow the original payment method and cancellation policy.
Family Circle milestones
The first three qualifying direct friends form a fixed circle. Connector requires all three first cleanings; Ambassador requires the circle’s total eligible cleanings to reach its threshold; Champion also requires each friend to complete the stated minimum. Each milestone is awarded once. Additional direct friends can earn base rewards within campaign limits. Rewards from friends-of-friends are not paid.
Review and corrections
Shared service addresses and suspicious activity may require manual review. Self-referrals and fabricated accounts are ineligible. When an underlying service is refunded, cancelled or disputed, related credits and milestones may be reversed. Previously spent invalid rewards can reduce future credit balances. The credit ledger keeps the correction history.
Your privacy and choices
Sharing is initiated by you. ChoreJet does not upload your contacts or send invitations automatically. Friend identities, addresses, phone numbers and payment details are not shared with referrers. Share messages disclose both parties’ benefits. Optional dashboard invitations can be disabled. Promotional emails require marketing consent and an unsubscribe option.
Campaign versions
Each eligible booking records its campaign version and affirmative program acceptance. Earned credits and historical booked terms are retained when administrators change future campaign settings. Budget limits may pause new offers. Current amounts, dates, regions and thresholds are shown below.
