ChoreJet is designed to keep booking, communication and payment in one protected marketplace.

For customers

Exact street addresses are hidden from cleaners until a job is accepted. Payments stay inside ChoreJet, and job participants can message without exchanging personal contact information.

For cleaning professionals

Review the service type, approximate area, schedule and earnings before accepting. Never continue a job if a location or situation feels unsafe; contact support through the platform.

Marketplace protections

ChoreJet restricts attempts to move conversations or payments off-platform. Ratings are limited to participants in completed jobs. Account sessions and payment events use protected server-side controls.

Background checks

Where enabled, cleaner eligibility may include a third-party background-check process. A pending check is not represented as cleared.

Emergency situations

ChoreJet is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
